Bridget Irelan

Residence + Commuter Life Coordinator
Student Life

Bridget Irelan serves as Residence + Commuter Life Coordinator at the University of the Arts. She is responsible for the coordination of professional development and staff training, regularly updating the staff manual, and coordinating undergraduate and graduate staff recruitment for residence life. She also oversees Commuter Orientation and commuter programming. In addition, Bridget serves as the Juniper Hall Director.

Before joining the University of the Arts team, she worked in the housing department at the Rock School for Dance Education in Philadelphia.

Bridget holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from Mount St. Mary's University. After pursuing a master's degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, she is hoping to begin work on a doctorate degree in Higher Education Administration in the near future.

Bridget has always been extremely passionate about the arts. She trained in dance for 13 years, and while she trained in ballet, tap and jazz, her favorite style is tap. She also performed in a number of musicals and will never pass up a trip to Broadway. When not working, Bridget spends her time running and training for races, traveling, teaching herself guitar and enjoying all that Philadelphia has to offer.
