Lunchtime Yoga with Dawn

The popular free lunchtime yoga class sponsored by Staff Council is suitable for all levels and is open to faculty, staff and students. Bring your yoga mat and take advantage of this beneficial opportunity.

Today along with everyother week this semester I have participated in the free lunchtime yoga with instructor Dawn Reid, who is a wonderful instructor. This is a beginner yoga class that is directed towards everyone, and all body types. Dawn is very gentle, yet combining the mantra with a great workout, leaving you feeling refreshed and revived for the rest of your day.

Today is also the first day of spring, and the University is buzzing with good moods, because the weather has been too cold here in Philadelphia for all of us.

Take advantage of this great oppurtuinity and come to lunchtime yoga with me and the rest of the gang. This class takes place on Wednesdays from 11:30 am - 1 pm.

I am currently working for Enrollment Management here at the University of the Arts and taking classes part time. I enjoy mediums of all types and cant seem to settle down on one, which is why I chose Multidisiplinary, a program that is suited for the student to arrange their schedule according to their personal interests in art. My formal art training is based around architecture, and tattoo/body modifications, and I have also worked closely with a guitar company refinishing and painting custom guitars. I really enjoy pushing my limits, and watching peoples reactions.
