Duane Michals

The Facts of Life

Duane Michals will be exhibiting a range of work going back to 1980, including politically driven works that relate and explore issues faced by the gay community. The exhibition will also include portraits of gay authors, artists, & photographers, including Andy Warhol, Edward Albee, Gore Vidal, Larry Kramer, and Pier Pasolini. In addition, there
will be selections drawn from Michals' career, including "The Return of the Prodigal Son" as well as new images. This exhibition is co-sponsored by the Media Arts Department and The Equality Forum.
