UArts Opens Main Dining Center at Terra Hall

Multiple on-campus dining locations serve campus community

January 18, 2012

The University of the Arts is pleased to announce the opening of its primary campus dining facility, Terra Dining Hall. Conveniently located on the ground floor of Terra Hall (211 South Broad Street), the brand-new facility offers students a wide range of food options and a warm and welcoming space in which to gather and socialize.

The 124-seat dining center offers a variety of fresh, nutritious and delicious foods and accommodates dietary preferences from vegetarian and vegan to organic, high-protein, low-carb and more.

This completes the installation of the multiple on-campus food service facilities now available to students, faculty and staff in collaboration with Parkhurst, a leader in providing award-winning food service management to colleges, universities, businesses and special venues.

At UArts, food is more than just fuel – when we eat together and share ideas and conversation, we help to strengthen our community. With cooked-to-order meals offering specials from around the world, made-from-scratch pizza right from the oven, delicious salads and mouth-watering deli sandwiches, homemade stock soups and favorite home-cooked "comfort" foods, as well as grab-and-go options to suit our student artists' busy lifestyles and non-traditional schedules, UArts Dining Services is designed to feed the creativity of everyone in our community.

Residential students are automatically enrolled in meal plans, but a variety of flexible plans are also available for off-campus students. All locations accept cash, credit, Dining Dollars and FreedomPay

Please make sure to bring your University ID to all University Dining locations, whether you are a student, faculty or staff member.
