Jonathan Bartlett BFA '07 (Illustration) has been named one of the annual Young Guns winners by the Art Directors Club of New York. ADC Young Guns honors the vanguard of creative professionals who let loose their imaginations, shattering conventions and breaking boundaries with a dash of brilliance and personal flair.

ADC juror Nina Boesch said of his work, "Jonathan's illustrations have a certain timelessness and depth that transport the viewer right into the spaces he creates. His sense for typography is as advanced as his color palettes which turn his illustrations into a true viewing pleasure."

The Brooklyn-based freelance illustrator and University of the Arts faculty member will also be awarded a Silver Medal in Advertising from the Society of Illustrators.
