Saturday, April 5	Scholarship Application Deadline Deposit Deadline (After this date, payment in full is required with the registration form)
Friday, May 2	Bills mailed
Friday, May 30	Registration deadline (No registration accepted beyond this date) Payment deadline: All balances due in full All forms due
After May 30	$100 late fee applied to all remaining balances No personal checks accepted
After June 13	Students with outstanding balances will be withdrawn

	6:00 pm	Residential Student Orientation
Monday, July 7	8:30 am	Commuter Student Check-In
	9:00 am	General Orientation
	10:00 am	Classes begin
Friday, July 18	--	Two-week Programs end
	TBD	Jazz & Dance Performances & Reception to conclude by 5:00 pm**
	By 9:00 pm	Two-week residents move-out*
Friday, August 1	--	All four-week Programs end
	TBD	Exhibitions, Performances, Screenings & Reception to conclude by 5:00 pm**
	By 9:00 pm	All residents move-out*

* We request that all students attempt to move-in and move-out of the residence halls during specified hours. However, The University of the Arts will try to accommodate special needs for alternate dates and times made by appointment only. Please contact the Office of Residential Life as early as possible to request an alternate time or date at 215.717.6811.

** Invitations to concluding programs and schedules will be mailed to the parents/guardians of students after the start of the program. Expect events to take place throughout the last day of the program and culminate by 5:00 pm. Families of residential students should account for time for students to pack up their apartments, check-out with their RA, and pack-up a car when making plans for travel home. We recommend flights after 7:00 pm on the final day of the program.
