Students in a certificate program attend classes part-time in the evenings or on weekends. To be sure that you’re making all the right decisions, it’s a good idea to speak with our Certificate Advisor, Andrea Poulsen, before registering for classes. Provided you have met the necessary prerequisites, you may take more than one class per semester. Certificate students must enroll in certificate courses at the credit rate, unless they were admitted to the program prior to September 1, 2008; however an official graded transcript can only be issued for classes taken at the credit level. A certificate is awarded upon successful completion of all required courses. Contact Andreaor Poulsen, Certificate Advisor at 215.717.6095 or via email at apoulsen@uarts.edu.
