UArts Imagination Block Party
Mar 20 2013 11:30AM - 1:00PM
Levitt Auditorium
The University community is invited to transform Levitt Auditorium into a unique play space using Imagination Playground blocks. Unleash your inner child with the unusually shaped blocks, on loan from the Franklin Institute. This fun, free event also features live music by faculty member Manfred Fischbeck.
Co-sponsored by the Office of Student Life, the UArts "block party" idea came from students in the "Observing Children" class taught by Liberal Arts Associate Professor Anna Beresin. After seeing an Imagination Playground documentary, the students begged for a turn to play with the unique blocks.
