Artist As A Filmmaker Series: Fallen Angels

Levitt Auditorium

Presented by UArts and the Philadelphia Film Society, the "Artist As A Filmmaker" monthly film series highlights world-renowned directors who transitioned their careers from visual artistry to filmmaking.

This month features "Fallen Angels" directed by Kar Wai Wong, known for his unique visual style. "Fallen Angels" is set in the neon-washed underworld of present day Hong Kong. The film intertwines exhilarating tales of love and isolation, primarily the unconsummated love affair between a contract killer and the ravishing female agent who books his assignments and cleans up after his jobs.
