As part of the Summer of Love 2012 Exhibition Series at the ~curARTorial LAB, "Girls On Film" presents a new series of paintings by UArts alumna Kate Perkins BFA '12 (Painting/Drawing) that examines the relationship between painting and the moving image, the feminine in narrative and pop culture. Curated by UArts faculty member and Philadelphia-based curator Annabelle Rodriguez-Lawton, professor of Art History.
