The Office of Student Billing at The University of the Arts offers comprehensive counseling for students and parents on all aspects of their educational financial responsibilities. The Student Billing Office can provide you with information regarding tuition, housing, fees, budgeting, and enrollment in tuition payment plans. Billing Counselors and Cashiers are available from Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00 pm.
