The Film/Video concentration within the Interdisciplinary Fine Arts program allows students to develop their voice and technical skills in film and video while exploring how that medium can be incorporated into a broader studio practice. This studio practice might also include installation, performance, photography – the possibilities are the student's to explore and define.

Working closely with faculty, students develop agility in problem solving, and fluidity in thinking and making across disciplines. The curriculum deepens their cultural and intellectual understanding of the world around them and prepares them to navigate the complexities of being an artist in today's world.

An intense and immersive studio experience is coupled with inspiration from world-class art museums in the city and exposure to a wide range of visiting artists and critics.
