BFA in Jazz Dance
The UArts Bachelor of Fine Arts in Jazz Dance program is designed for students who wish to prepare for professional careers in jazz dance performance and/or choreography.

What makes UArts' Jazz Dance degree program special?
The four-year Jazz Dance degree program at the Universityof the Arts will help you find discipline and focus. You will begin your jazz dance education by include completing the Dance Core and passing the juried Upper-Divisional Exam. As a Jazz Dance major, you'll focus on advanced technique in jazz dance as well as voice, acting, and jazz repertory courses.

  • Broadway productions of Movin’ Out, Cats and Brigadoon
  • Film and video productions
  • Musical reviews on cruise ships or in cabarets
