UArts Summer MFA
The University of the Arts offers three low residency masters of art degrees:
MFA Ceramics, MFA Painting and MFA Sculpture. These summer master of fine arts distance education programs in Ceramics, Painting, and Sculpture are studio-based, and provide the conceptual, critical, historical, and practical knowledge needed to sustain a successful contemporary studio.
How long do the programs take to complete?The programs can be completed in three years.
Are the programs flexible?
As low-residency programs, they are designed specifically to accommodate students' employment schedules and to meet the distance learning requirements of those living beyond the Philadelphia region.
Who are the programs designed for?Artists with BFA or BA degrees.
