UArts offers Art Education programs at the undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate  level. Our art education degree and certification programs meet a variety of professional needs and goals for those interested in teaching and art education administration:

• MA in Art Education: Offers extensive studio and research components plus the option of preparing for teacher certification.

• MA in Art Education with Concentration in Educational Media: Offers pre-service and veteran teachers strategies and skills to use, plan, and manage technology in the K-12 art curriculum and classroom.

• MA in Teaching (MAT) Visual Art: Designed for those seeking both an art education master's degree and teacher certification.

• Post-Baccalaureate Teacher Program, Professional Semester: A one-semester post-baccalaureate concentration in art education open only to The University of the Arts alumni who have successfully completed pre-certification concentrations. .

• Art Education Pre-Certification Concentration A foundation for a career in teaching art K-12.

The University of the Arts also offers graduate degrees in Music Education and Museum Education, and an undergraduate degree in Dance Education
