OTIS Support Services provides technical support to the entire University on behalf of the Office of Technology & Information Services. We are here to help with all technical questions and needs, to guide you through our various web services and to maintain all the University-owned computing equipment used by students, faculty and staff. Assistance is provided by phone, email, walk-up and tech dispatch.
