Housekeeping Services
Our mission is to provide a clean, sanitary and orderly environment throughout the University of the Arts campus.
Services provided:
- Cleaning and policing of public areas, restrooms, classrooms, lecture halls.
- Cleaning and policing of public areas and utility rooms in dormitories.
- Pest Extermination
- Disaster recovery
- Public area furniture maintenance and repair
- Hard surface floor maintenance
- Standard window treatment repair and replacement
- Flooring replacementSpecial event set up and support
- Carpet shampooing in major public areas
- Carpet shampooing in offices will be done once a year
- Bulk trash removal
- Graffiti removal
- Window washing, interior and exterior
- Grounds maintenance, sidewalk power washing, snow removal
- Furniture moving
- Recycling
Services not provided by Facilities:
- Demolition of student projects
- Craft shop housekeeping
- Special trash pickup, security burns, record shredding
Please use the Work Order system to submit any special requests for the Housekeeping department or contact the Facilities office at extension 6830.
