Print Services oversees and manages the copier/printer fleet throughout the campus, handling our Xerox and Equitrac service management and assistance. Individual departments do not need to contact Ricoh or Xerox directly when trying to get toner or service on their machines. It is also not necessary to report meter reads for the machines departmentally, as we will also be taking care of this duty.
Toner and staples for all Ricoh and Xerox copiers/printers is kept on campus and can be ordered and installed at any time through the Help Desk. For more serious problems, a service call will be placed directly to vendors to have one of their technicians come onsite to fix your problem.
