These pages are designed to provide assistance and guidance in using technologies at UArts. Policies (listed to the right) are intended to provide instruction on the appropriate use of technologies and services. Announcements are designed to provide status reports on services and support issues managed by the OTIS staff.
The OTIS staff will be performing maintenance on university servers and systems this Saturday, Sunday and Monday, March 8,9, and 10, 2014. The following systems will be off-line: Onbase, Informer, MyUArts Record, Web Help Desk, Raiser's Edge, Star Rez, Colleague services, Terminal Server, the Wiki, Web Test, UPost - shared file storage, and Exchange email. Google Apps for Education (email, docs, etc. will be available throughout the maintenance period).
In addition, Print Services will be retiring the Equitrac Print Server and replacing it with the new Pharos Print Server. This will affect clients who may still be printing through Equitrac. It is recommended that clients use self-service to download the latest Xerox print drivers. If you need assistance, please contact the Help Desk (215-717-6677).

The following dates have been approved for network and systems maintenance:
- September 27 and 28, 2013
- December 21 and 22, 2013
- March 8-10 and March 14-16, 2014
- June 28 and 29, 2014
Announcements will be made prior to these dates describing the nature of maintenance to be done and system availability.
